JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Jackson Police Department for a missing man in Hinds County.
Authorities said Torracellus Hardy, 43, of Jackson, Mississippi, was last seen on Saturday, August 8, at about 1:30 a.m. in the 4000 Block of Methodist Home Rd. He was last seen wearing dark-colored pants and is described as having Exotropia (Lazy Eye) in his right eye.
Family members said Hardy has a medical condition that may affect his judgment.
