CLEVELAND — Historic investments in downtown Cleveland over the past decade have built momentum toward a transformation of the central hub, but a few recent headlines have given some residents pause.
The Browns are leaving, LeBron’s not coming back, but the closure of beloved downtown grocer Heinen’s is the biggest disappointment for downtowners like Aaron Dobres.
