Cincinnati could see wave after wave of storms in coming days

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Greater Cincinnati faces several rounds of thunderstorms this week, with damaging winds and flash flooding among the primary threats as tropical-like humidity remains entrenched across the region.

Monday will bring rounds of rain and storms, with some potentially becoming severe. Much of the Cincinnati area is under a Level 2 of 5 risk for severe weather, with highs reaching about 87 degrees.

The first round could arrive Monday morning in a weakening state, with the greater severe threat focused north of Cincinnati. Another cluster could develop late Monday afternoon or early evening, bringing a greater risk of damaging winds…
