HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Harrisburg police are investigating a shooting that was reported Sunday morning, according to county dispatch.
The incident was reported around 10:05 a.m. in the 200 block of South 17th Street, just outside of Piccolo’s Cafe, dispatch said.
