The Oregon Department of Agriculture has fined Milky Way Dairy in Aurora $6,240 for spraying liquid manure on St. Paul Highway and on a neighbor’s house.
Dairy owner David Williamson admitted applying manure to a field even though the wind was picking up, saying the field “desperately” needed the manure, according to an ODA investigation report.
