CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The man convicted in the Frazier Avenue crash that killed a Chattanooga mother and her young son will spend the next 14 years behind bars.
The judge in the case of Randy Vega handed down that sentence during Vega’s sentencing hearing on Monday.
