CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Division of Police arrested seven people, towed eight vehicles and issued multiple tickets from a two-day illegal street activity operation.
According to police, the two-day enforcement operation took place over the weekend in response to information that individuals not from Cleveland were planning to travel to the city and participate in illegal street takeovers.
