The Canton City Council will consider a developer’s request in September to build a 167-home subdivision in the Keithsburg community.
On Thursday, the city council held a public hearing to discuss a request from Targhee Partners, LLC, to annex 48.192 acres at 2829 Ball Ground Highway and 3830 Fate Conn Road.
