BUSTI, N.Y. — Bill Catania has owned Stateline Speedway in Chautauqua County with his wife Lisa for two years and is a third-generation stock car driver.
He raced at Stateline in the late 90’s, his dad in the early 70s, and his grandfather in ’62.
