HOWARD, Wis. (WFRV) — The on-ramp connecting I-43 Northbound to I-41 Southbound has been closed due to a crash.
UPDATE: WIS 76 crash scene in Oshkosh cleared after nearly 5 hours
According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, the incident occurred at 3:00 p.m., and the ramp will likely remain closed for over two hours.
