OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – North Omaha Music and Arts Festival is returning to the metro this week for its fifth year, bringing four days of live music to the city.
The festival, known as NOMAfest, runs Thursday through Sunday. Executive Director Dana Murray said the event serves as a fundraiser for youth music programming and carries forward a broader cultural legacy.
“It’s a music festival that we use as a fundraiser for our organization for youth music,” Murray said. “Also, it pushes the legacy of entertainment and music and art.”
Lineup and locations
The Thursday lineup features Mohini Dey, followed by Frank McComb on Friday. Saturday’s card includes Keyon Harrold, MonoNeon and headliner The Bar-Kays. The festival closes Sunday with Richie Love, whom Murray described as a local legend…
