East End Chewing
East End Brewing will celebrate over five years of pizza-making with two special pies. East End Chewing, the brewery’s food program, announced via press release an upcoming milestone as it prepares to release its 300th and 301st “unique pizza” concepts. The kitchen, which launched in November 2020, has featured a selection of creative pizzas by chefs Sheryl Johnston, who works at the Larimer Brewpub, and Travis Floyd of East End’s Mt. Lebanon Tap Room.
“The direction Sheryl and Travis take with their rotating pies has been awesome to watch,” said Scott Smith, owner of East End Brewing. “We’ve had a soft focus lately on a ‘Hot Dog Pizza Summer’ theme to our rotating pies, but themed or not, they never miss.”…
