CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The TBI is investigating after an inmate at the Hamilton County Jail suffered a medical emergency and later died at a hospital Sunday night.
Corrections deputies were alerted to the emergency involving Colin Shannon, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office says in a release.
