CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A judge in Chattanooga has ruled that jurors will be allowed to see a key piece of evidence in the upcoming trial of former Chattanooga police officer Lawrence Goodine, who is accused of killing his girlfriend.
Goodine returned to court Tuesday for a pretrial hearing in the case involving the death of Kara Akins.
