FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio – Northeast Ohio is getting a new fast-casual restaurant. The Alabama-based Chicken Salad Chick is opening at 3038 Westgate Mall Drive in Fairview Park’s Westgate Shopping Center.
The grand opening is set for Tuesday, Aug. 25 and the first 100 customers get free chicken salad for a year, although the giveaway comes with different perks depending on where customers land in line.
The grand opening week will include giveaways and specials:
- Tuesday, Aug. 25 – Free chicken salad for a year for the first 100 guests. The first person in line at 10 a.m. will receive one free large Quick Chick of chicken salad each week for a year. The next 99 customers will receive one free large Quick Chick each month for a year.
- Wednesday, Aug. 26 — The first 50 customers at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. who purchase a meal with two sides will receive a free Chick Tote Bag.
- Thursday, Aug. 27 — The first 50 customers at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. who purchase a meal with two sides will receive a free 40-ounce Chick Tumbler with Handle.
- Friday, Aug. 28 — The first 50 customers at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. who purchase a meal with one side will receive a free scoop of chicken salad on their next visit.
- Saturday, Aug. 29 — The first 50 customers at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. who purchase a meal with two sides will receive a free large Chick Cooler.
The Fairview Park restaurant is owned and operated by Doug and Angela Fitch, Avon residents and first-time Chicken Salad Chick franchisees.
