WHITEHALL, Ohio (WSYX) — A Canal Winchester man is facing his second felony rape charge of the year after police said he assaulted a woman early Tuesday morning at a convenience store in Whitehall.
Police said the assault happened at the UDF store on East Main Street. According to court documents, Davonn McBroom was out on bond at the time in connection with a rape case from February.
