EARLY, Texas — A pedestrian was flown to a Fort Worth trauma center Tuesday morning after being struck by an 18-wheeler on Early Boulevard, according to the Early Police Department.
Early police and fire crews and Lifeguard EMS responded about 5:18 a.m. to the vehicle-pedestrian crash in the 1700 block of Early Boulevard.
A preliminary investigation found that the driver of the 18-wheeler saw the pedestrian at the last moment and attempted to avoid the person but was unable to prevent the collision, police said…
