The City of West Carrollton voted to pass their proposed regulations for cannabis dispensaries Tuesday night.
West Carrollton had initially placed a moratorium on cannabis dispensaries in December 2023, just weeks after Ohio voters approved Issue 2, 55.7%-44.3%.
