The Research Triangle community came together Tuesday, Aug. 11, to “Stuff a Bus” with school supplies in anticipation of the new school year.
GoTriangle, the region’s public transit agency, worked in partnership with its neighbors at Tri Properties Incorporated to fill up a bus at Churchill Hall off of Page Road. Every seat on the GoTriangle bus was full of school supplies like notebooks, pencils, crayons, glue sticks, folders, and much more. GoTriangle staff donate 15 boxes of supplies — an amount that doubled last year’s collection.
