Bette Midler already has an impressive collection of awards under her belt, but she’s about to add an especially meaningful prize to the lineup.
On Oct. 16 in Tulsa, Okla., the legendary star, 80, will receive the 2026 Woody Guthrie Prize, an annual award given to an artist who exemplifies the late folk singer’s inspiring spirit in speaking for those less fortunate.
