NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — A Jamestown man was arrested Friday after North Charleston police say he returned to a property minutes after being warned about trespassing and was later found with cocaine base.
Timothy James McConnell, 40, of Jamestown, was charged with possession of cocaine base and trespassing after notice following the Aug. 7 incident, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
