CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Chattanooga Police Department K9 helped officers take a combative, armed suspect into custody after police said he refused repeated commands to surrender, Tuesday night.
The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) said officers responding to a stalking call encountered a suspect armed with a pocketknife and box cutter who refused commands to surrender.
