Erie Police are continuing to investigate a late-night shooting on the city’s west side that occurred sometime in mid-July which has now turned fatal.
The shooting occurred around 11 p.m. on July 14 near West 32nd and Poplar streets.
According to police, officers responded to the area and found a 58-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his arm, leg and torso. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment and was initially reported to be in critical condition…
