Greenville development code revisions target infill subdivision projects

The city of Greenville has outlined new revisions for its development code as part of a 36-month review.

The Greenville Development Code serves as a key planning tool for regulating land development within the city. City staff has completed five updates to the code since it went into effect in July 2023.
