STK is honored to be a part of Fork Cancer. It is an incredible event that brings together some of the area’s best chefs to support a meaningful cause. It’s a chance for the community to enjoy amazing food while helping make a real difference in the fight against cancer. For the chefs, food has always been a way to connect with others, making the opportunity to give back through this event especially rewarding.
During the event, they will be serving one of their favorite dishes, the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. It’s rich, buttery Chilean sea bass with a savory-sweet miso glaze that delivers incredible flavor without overpowering the fish. It’s elegant but approachable, and it’s always been a guest favorite…
