Continental Aerospace Technologies to pay nearly $12M to settle pandemic loan fraud allegations

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Mobile aerospace company will pay nearly $12 million to settle allegations it fraudulently obtained a pandemic relief loan it was not eligible for.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office accused Continental Aerospace Technologies of falsely certifying it qualified for a Paycheck Protection Program loan during COVID-19.
