HOUSTON (CW39) – Drivers should prepare for a long-term closure on Hamilton Street beginning Saturday as crews work to install storm sewer boxes beneath the roadway.

- Location: Hamilton Street between Tuam and Elgin streets
- Expected reopening: 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9

Hamilton Street will be completely closed between Tuam and Elgin during the construction.
The contractor will install storm sewer boxes underneath Hamilton Street as part of the work.
