SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — For families experiencing homelessness, sometimes what’s missing isn’t the will to get back on their feet — it’s the support to get there.
That’s the idea behind Family Promise Salt Lake, where Executive Director Brian Diggs sees firsthand how much a community can change a family’s path.
“We believe that families don’t necessarily run out of money and become homeless. They run out of community,” Diggs said.
