David Hurley, a registered sex offender, was charged Tuesday evening for first-degree robbery, aggravated assault, and fleeing from the police. According to Sioux Falls Police, a police officer responded to two men who flagged them down Sunday morning and explained that hours earlier, a man had attempted to rob them of their vehicle with a gun.
