PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Wildfire smoke returns to the greater Portland-Vancouver area on Thursday, prompting a KOIN 6 Weather Alert to go back in place.
Early morning clouds will quickly fade to smoky skies as central Oregon wildfires continue to burn. The westerly push of smoke will be met with seasonal highs along the Willamette Valley. Temperatures will warm into the mid-80s by Thursday afternoon.
