CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A fire on August 6 destroyed three homes on Carlyon Road in East Cleveland, and the family who lived in one of them says firefighters could not get water on the flames for nearly 30 minutes. East Cleveland Fire Department said fire crews responded to the fire in five minutes.
Jaclyn Daugherty and Will Bonner watched their home of five years burn to the ground.
