ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Housing Authority (RHA) is starting a 45-day public comment period for proposed updates to its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan and Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).
The proposed updates are based on current U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements and guidance, including the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016. The act represents a significant update to federal housing program requirements.
