ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Part of the Sandy Creek Boat Launch in Monroe County has reopened after high Lake Ontario water levels forced the site to close in mid-July.
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation said Thursday that a temporary repair allowed the north section of the boat launch to reopen to the public.
