Today it’s a beloved South Bay brand with thriving locations in Campbell, San Jose, Willow Glen and downtown Morgan Hill, known for bold flavors, an energetic atmosphere and a founder whose warmth and creativity have shaped every part of the experience.
The Morgan Hill location, nestled on Monterey Road in the heart of downtown, has become one of the brand’s most beloved and community-rooted spots. Four and a half years in, owner Randy Musterer says he has learned just as much from this charming town as the town has learned to love his sushi.
