AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A former Amarillo Crime Stoppers “Fugitive of the Week” accused of stealing from elderly woman was indicted.
A Randall County grand jury indicted Kenneth Dale Putman on five counts of credit or debit card abuse involving an elderly person.
