Another hot and humid day Friday with highs in the mid 90s and Hext Index levels above 105. There will be the chance for a few “pop up” type t-storms during the afternoon and early evening but mainly isolated in coverage.
The big weather story for the weekend will be temps continuing to heat up: highs for Saturday & Sunday reach the upper 90s with heat indices between 105-110. Mostly sunny skies and much drier conditions. Only pop up storm chances at best…
