RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Officers responded to the Parkview Garden apartments on Richmond Park Drive at 5:10 a.m. Aug. 7 for a report of a barking dog on the balcony.
They knocked at the door where the barking was coming from and were greeted by a girl, 7, who was found to be home alone.
Officers were able to call the girl’s mother, who explained that she was at work and the father should have been at the apartment with the child. They then found the father’s phone in a bedroom but no sign of the man…
