A new single-family neighborhood is officially opening in Cumming this weekend, with prices beginning in the high $700,000s.
Lennar will hold the grand opening for Estates at Yellow Creek on Saturday, Aug. 15, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 4385 Tillman Lane in Cumming. The event will include tours of a newly decorated model home along with complimentary food and refreshments.
