The city issued a permit Aug. 13 for a second Tampa-based GTE Financial office to build-out in Jacksonville, this one at Intracoastal Plaza at 14444 Beach Blvd. at southeast Beach Boulevard and San Pablo Road.
Creo Contracting LLC of Jacksonville Beach is the contractor to renovate a 2,848-square-foot former bank building at a project cost of $1.75 million. The renovation will comprise four offices, a break room and more.
