Mobile police arrest man accused of firing shots at man during separate argument

MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers arrested a man after he got involved in an argument and fired shots at a man, hitting a vehicle.

Mobile police investigating shooting that killed 1, injured another

According to an MPD news release, officers were called to the 600 block of Palmetto Street around 5:15 p.m. on Aug. 4 for a report of a shooting.

When they arrived, officers said they found that the male victim was in an argument with a woman when 20-year-old Tamyrick Nunn showed up and “began discharging his firearm” at the victim.

Officials said the victim was able to drive away and was not injured; however, his vehicle was hit multiple times.
