MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Mobile police are investigating a deadly shooting at a Circle K on Dauphin Street that left one man dead early Friday morning.
Officers responded to a shots fired call at the Circle K in the 3200 block of Dauphin Street around 3:45 a.m.
“Upon arrival they discovered an adult male suffering from a gunshot injury and he was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries,” said Mobile police spokesman Roderick Miles. “Through further investigation it was determined that the victim entered into the location, physically assaulted the security guard and at that time there was an altercation, and the victim was shot one time.”…
