RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man was stabbed in Richmond’s Northside on Thursday during what police are calling a domestic incident.
Officers with the Richmond Police Department responded to the 400 block of East Brookland Park Boulevard at 12:16 p.m. on Aug. 13 for a reported stabbing, officials said.
