DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio — A homicide investigation continues in Delaware County, as the sheriff’s office said 55-year-old Tamela Dutcher was shot at a home on Bean Oller Road after midnight early Friday morning.
“It was scary and it makes you think, you know, this stuff can happen anywhere, even if it’s just four doors down,” said Dee Dee Chilcote, a neighbor.
