The San Antonio Police Department released body-camera footage Friday showing the moments before four officers shot and killed a 52-year-old man who police said pointed a handgun at them following a bicycle chase on the East Side.
Andrew Davila Jr. was killed shortly after 2 a.m. on July 16 in the 800 block of Hammond Avenue, near Interstate 10 and Rigsby Avenue.
