Wake commissioners seek public feedback on WakeMed-Atrium merger

More than three months after postponing a decision on whether to support WakeMed’s merger with Atrium Health, the Wake County Board of Commissioners will hold a hearing Monday to learn what the public thinks.

The hearing will take place at 2 p.m. Aug. 17 in Room 2700 of the Wake County Justice Center in downtown Raleigh. People can sign up in advance to speak starting 9 a.m. Monday at boccomment.wake.gov/.
