AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A World War II veteran who took to the skies in a vintage biplane last week celebrated another milestone Friday — his 100th birthday.
Family, friends and community members gathered at the Ussery-Roan Texas State Veterans Home in Amarillo to celebrate Wiley Tow as he reached the century mark.
