Avon, Connecticut — Pet owners across 11 states are being urged to check their freezers after Oma’s Pride recalled a specific lot of frozen raw dog food because of potential Salmonella contamination.

The recall involves Woof Complete Canine Chicken Recipe, a frozen raw product sold in 6-pound gusseted stand-up pouches containing 12 individually wrapped 8-ounce vacuum-sealed portions.
