A 17-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection with a fight at an Orange County college bar that left a woman with serious head injuries.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said Abdeil Valcarcel and his family went to a sheriff’s substation Tuesday to speak with investigators about the incident. After speaking with investigators, Valcarcel was arrested and charged with felony battery.
