WILMINGTON, Del. – A small group of protesters, including the grieving mother of 19-year-old Kadir Skinner, marched through downtown Wilmington Saturday, demanding justice nearly seven weeks after Skinner was shot and killed by a Wilmington police officer.
The march began at the Louis L. Redding City/County Building on North French Street and continued through downtown Wilmington.
