The San Antonio-based grocer is adding an East Texas H-E-B to it’s growing list of store remodels. Pearland H-E-B Plus!, located at 2805 Business Center Dr Pearland, TX 77584, is expected to undergo a $15.5 million renovation, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing.
